Complete Application

We are looking to place our puppies as family pets. Pet homes only. We do not offer breeding rights to our puppies. Our application process helps us determine whether our puppies would be good for your family and lifestyle. Once the application has been submitted you will receive a phone call within 2 days if your application has been approved.

Puppy Application

Administration Fee

Once your application has been accepted, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice for $500.00 + 9.50 PayPal fee. This nonrefundable administration fee of $500.00 will hold your spot on our active waiting list. Waitlist additions are made at time payment is received.

Final Payment

We accept cash, PayPal, or Venmo for the administration fee only. When it's time to pick up your puppy, we accept cash only for payment.
